Emily and Dave were great to work with and very responsive! Every question we had was either met with an answer right away, or a plan to find the answer and get back to us as soon as possible. We never felt pressured into any of the properties that we went to look at which was nice. When we finally found the property that we wanted to put an offer in on, Dave and Emily got the offer put together right after my wife and I left the lot, even though they were out of state at a conference. Timely response and action goes a long way, especially in today's market, so having that support was for sure a key factor in our successful experience.

Had some issues with the listing itself. Also, Mike responded to text on the weekends prior to listing and when the listing was getting offers, but once an offer was accepted, he would not return calls or texts on the weekends. He went above and beyond on some things and I felt he could have done much better on other things, mainly communication.
